Who is responsible for your data
WhySystems is the controller of the data you give us through this website.
What data we collect and why
Only what you type into the contact form — your name, phone number and message — and only to reply to you. We don't use it to send you advertising or pass it on to third parties.
We also count, without cookies and without identifying you, how many visits the website gets and how many times people tap call, WhatsApp, email, book, directions, social media or other links: only daily totals, so we know the website works.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to answer your enquiry and, after that, for the period the law requires for our obligations. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Legal basis
Your consent when you send us the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to whoever writes to us.
Your rights
You can access your data, correct it, erase it, object to its processing, restrict it or ask for its portability by writing to gints@ysys.io. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Hosting
This website is hosted and maintained by wiweb (YDesign Systems LTD), which acts as data processor and doesn't use your data for any purpose of its own.
